By accessing or using the services provided by Follow The Flow AI LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Follow The Flow AI provides AI automation services including, but not limited to: AI chatbots, workflow automation, smart appointment booking, automated follow-ups, lead intelligence, and custom AI software development. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Service Agreements

Each project or subscription will be governed by a separate service agreement that details the specific deliverables, timeline, pricing, and terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and a specific service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Subscription plans are billed monthly unless an annual plan is selected.
• Payment is due upon the start of each billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in individual service agreements.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant reasonable access to systems and platforms required for integration
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our solutions

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, the intellectual property rights for custom solutions developed for you will transfer to you upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and tools developed during the engagement for other clients. Our brand, website content, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Follow The Flow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Performance metrics mentioned on our website are based on typical results and may vary.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data and deliverables. We may terminate services immediately if there is a material breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
