AI Meeting Recaps with Triple ASR Fallback

The Problem

Every meeting produced audio nobody had time to re-listen. Manual transcription and summary was impossible, and relying on a single transcription service was risky: one outage and the whole flow stopped.

The Solution

n8n pipeline receives audio via webhook and tries transcription on Speechmatics; if it fails, it falls back to Deepgram, and ultimately to AssemblyAI. The transcript goes to an OpenRouter LLM that builds the recap in markdown, converted to HTML and sent via email with Telegram notification.

Automated Crash Triage with Trello and Telegram

The Problem

Every new app crash had to go through someone who'd check if it was already reported, open or update the card, and alert the team. Across apps, environments and versions, recurring crashes risked turning into duplicates or slipping through entirely.

The Solution

n8n webhook receives Crashlytics events, looks up the DataTable to see whether that crash already has an open Trello card: if yes it updates the card with a new count and sends 'Recurring crash x N' to Telegram; if not it opens a new card and notifies 'New crash'. Dedicated error trigger handles workflow failures.
